Field Trip keeps our grand tradition of giant Fresh Hop Collaborations alive and well.

This Fresh Hop Pilsner is what you get when brewers from all over Europe and Asia meet up at Single Hill early in harvest to make one heck of a Fresh Hop B**r. This group was in Yakima as part of the Hop Growers of America (HGA) Reverse Trade Mission, and the tour guide for their Field Trip was none other than John Mallett.

Field Trip is a crisp and punchy pilsner brewed with fresh, wet CLS Farms Centennial, and freshly dried CLS Centennial, Perrault Farms HBC 1176, and Haas Krush. It's in the vein of our West Coast Pilsner rotators, and early feedback is positive to say the least.

Available now on draft and in cans at our Yakima Taproom, and at the Single Hill Commons in Ballard.

Okay, let's have some fun with it. For our fifth Fresh Hop Can of the year, we're turning down the brightness. Last Light is back for its second year!

This Fresh Hop Black IPA is brewed with fresh, wet Sauve & Son Simcoe and freshly dried Loza Farms Amarillo on the hot side, to impart an unmistakable fresh edge to the b**r. Then, it was dry hopped with freshly kilned Black Star Ranch Simcoe & Van Horn Farms Cascade that we pelletized in-house. Last Light is here to bring a little darkness to harvest.

Skyfinder, our annual Fresh Hop Hazy IPA, is back for its seventh year! Seven years, can you believe it?

This aerial adventure of a b**r has, first and foremost, always been a feature for fresh, wet, Roy Farms Strata hops. We love working with Roy Farms, and, as the exclusive grower of Strata in Washington, we’ve always made a point to feature their mature Strata in one of our marquee releases. The bright red fruit character stands out in the smooth Hazy IPA style.

For five years now, that Roy Strata has been paired with Black Star Ranch Simcoe. Simcoe’s pretty famous, and the citrus and resinous character pairs great with Strata.

To round it out, this year, we included Krush from Haas. Krush is a workhorse that plays well with others and accentuates tropical fruit notes throughout this brew.

So there it is, Skyfinder (2026). Featuring fresh, wet Roy Farms Strata and Haas Krush, with freshly dried Roy Strata, Haas Krush, and Black Star Simcoe. Please stay seated and keep your seatbelt buckled.

Get ready for some down home fun... The 2026 Fresh Hop Rodeo is kicking off!

Our annual 4-way collaboration / competition is here, and Round 1 of the 2026 rodeo is now on tap at our Yakima taproom. (Coming tomorrow to the Single Hill Commons in Ballard.) We had a great time with these brewers, from as close as Spokane and as far as Austin, and we whipped up a nice, crisp, Fresh Hop IPA base together.

Featured in the base b**r are fresh, wet C&C Hop Farms Centennial, Loftus Ranches Simcoe, and freshly dried Perrault Farms HBC 1176. From there, each brewery got to finish their own b**r, using only hops from the 2026 harvest. Here are your Round 1 competitors:

Nice Bolo • Rider: Uprise Brewing from Spokane, WA
Uprise rose to the Rodeo challenge by upgrading the Round One base with a blend of Fresh AF Roy Farms Strata, Haas Krush, and Black Star Ranch Simcoe.

First Kiln • Rider: Zilker Brewing in Austin, TX
Straight from Austin, and no stranger to rodeos, Zilker dressed up the Round One base with a ten gallon hat of Haas Krush, a pearl snap of Sauve & Sons Simcoe, and a bolo tie of Loftus Ranches Dolcita.

Barn Boogie • Rider: Sunriver Brewing in Bend, OR
Our friends from Sunriver elevated the Round One base with a FAF spread of Roy Farms Centennial and Strata, Sauve & Sons Simcoe, and Loza Amarillo.

We're in it now. Hop Harvest is in full swing, and Radiance is back!

This Fresh Hop IPA was brewed with fresh, wet Carpenter Ranch Sabro and CLS Farms Centennial and dry hopped with our in-house Fresh AF pellets made from freshly dried C&C Hop Farms Centennial and Loftus Ranches Simcoe. It's a bright and balanced IPA, showcasing peach and tangerine notes.
