Dear Valued Customers,
Nara Thai Kitchen would like to inform everyone that our business phone number, (937) 352-6338, is currently being used by scammers through a practice known as Caller ID Spoofing. This allows them to make calls that appear to come from our restaurant, causing confusion, inconvenience, and misunderstandings for others.
We would like to clearly state that we do not make phone calls to the general public. Our restaurant phone number is used primarily to receive customer orders. We only call customers back when they have placed an order with us and it is necessary to contact them regarding their order. Such calls are rare and are made only when absolutely necessary.
If you have not placed an order with us and receive a suspicious call that appears to come from (937) 352-6338, please be aware that the call is NOT from our restaurant. It is most likely a scammer using our phone number without our knowledge or permission.
Today, one of our customers called the restaurant to complain after receiving a call that appeared to come from our number, but no one spoke when the call was answered. Unfortunately, this led to a misunderstanding, and the customer believed the call had come from us. We completely understand their frustration. However, we would like to reassure everyone that our restaurant did not make that call. We are also victims of this phone spoofing scam and are deeply concerned about the confusion and damage it has caused.
We kindly ask everyone to remain cautious when receiving unexpected phone calls and to avoid sharing any personal or financial information over the phone unless you are certain of the caller’s identity. If you have any questions or concerns about a call that appears to come from our restaurant, please feel free to contact us directly to verify the information.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this situation may have caused. Although this matter is beyond our control, we are doing everything we can to address the issue and appreciate your understanding and continued support.
