We had a blast supporting Kent County juvenile service programs and, together, raising $1,500!

The least we could do was section off part of the parking lot so supporters and program participants could enjoy some friendly competition in a co****le tournament.

A good day, fun competition, and a great cause!

The Lions didn’t come out with the win Thursday night, but that didn’t stop us from having a winner at Tommy Brann’s.

Congratulations to Lisa, who took home our official NFL Amon-Ra St. Brown jersey. She definitely would have preferred a different result on the field, but at least she’ll be ready to cheer on the Lions in style for the games ahead.

Thanks to the best guests in the world for the amazing turnout for kickoff!

A lot of great times and phenomenal memories have been made in both of these buildings over nearly a CENTURY. Wow.

At Tommy’s, there is grass out front now instead of all that pavement by the bus stop, and Division was recently repaved.

Far more importantly, we are BEYOND grateful for the Wyoming community’s support! It is that support allowing Tommy's to still provide our guests with affordable food and drinks. In a world flooded with franchises, thank YOU for keeping this local piece off Division going strong.

A familiar restaurant with a long history, Tommy Brann took ownership of the old Southern BBQ Restaurant and Tavern in 1971. The Southern had earlier featured a night club environment with adjoining motel cabins. Pictured here in the 1940s along with a current image. Before the opening of the US 131 Freeway, Division Avenue was "the highway" and featured many places similar.

Happy birthday to Karen! 🎉

We may not know which Karen we are going to get, but either way, she has great taste. 😆

One afternoon, Karen cheffed up a delicious club sandwich for the staff. After the sandwiches all disappeared quickly, we all agreed it needed a spot on the menu!... So it was only right to name it Karen’s Club.

After that, it sold so well it earned a spot on the menu at every Brann’s location.

Help us wish Karen a happy birthday, and maybe even thank her for the delicious, top-selling Karen’s Club.

Tommy Brann, Mike Brann, and Liz Brann-Stegehuis brought a lot of restaurant history to the table while helping taste through some new menu ideas at the test kitchen.

Thank you to Ed Werner, a true culinary specialist, and Mishael Pullian for helping us work through new dish ideas. A few were good enough to make us think they might need a spot on the menu sooner than later!!

New booth backs are in!!... and of course the TVs are on, drinks are cold, and the goal stays the same: Continue the amazing legacy of Tommy Brann’s Steakhouse as a comfortable, affordable place to eat, and spend time with people who mean the most!

We normally don't have this many people in the restaurant at 7AM!! ...since doors open for lunch at 11.

This morning was a good exception. We were glad to open our doors for the Wayland Area Chamber of Commerce, South Kent Area Chamber of Commerce, Byron Center Chamber of Commerce Caledonia Area Chamber of Commerce Gaines Chamber of Commerce Grandville-Jenison Chamber and Hudsonville Chamber of Commerce.

Tommy Brann’s has always believed in supporting other local businesses!
