These squid ink dumplings didn’t just stand out — they owned the plate. Rich filling of meat, squid and mild curry…. resting in a smooth green chili sauce and coconut yogurt with microgreens for that final pop that makes you dive into layers of flavor….. I must admit, texture is different but surprisingly good… And the drink? A classic margarita, sharp and refreshing with just enough salt to keep things grounded.
