We will be selling our famous fried pies featuring apple, cherry, chocolate, and lemon.

We are partnering with Shoemaker & Hardt located at 105 N Ballard in downtown Wylie.
We have apple, cherry, chocolate, and lemon pies.
You can go inside and get a pie and ice cream combo, or some fried doughcho strips with cinnamon sugar and whipped cream.

It’s Irish Month. Who’s ready for some Irish food. I will be serving corned beef brisket with cabbage, potatoes, and carrots Saturday evening between the hours of 5:00 and 9:00 at Glen Echo Brewery here in Wylie, address 106 N Birmingham Street, Wylie, 75098.
Cost is $14.00 per plate.
If you would like to join us please click on the QR code to place and pre pay for your order. You can only get it by pre ordering. Orders cut off Wednesday night at 9:00.
Look forward to seeing everyone for an Irish night out on the town and some cold Glen Echo Beer.

One week from today fried pies are back.
Join us Saturday March 14, 3.14 National Pi day at Shoemaker & Hardt in downtown Wylie between the hours of 12 and 4.
We will have Apple, Cherry, Chocolate, and Lemon pies as well as doughcho’s, fried pie dough strips with cinnamon sugar, whipped cream and strawberry topping, as well as specials on pie and ice cream combos.

Due to the impending weather forecast for Saturday March 7 we will not be setting up in front of Shoemaker & Hardt to sell fried pies.
We are pushing the event to Saturday March 14 which is actually National Pi day.

It’s been 17-1/2 months since I made my last fried pie.
Join us next Saturday March 7 as we partner with Shoemaker & Hardt for Stroll and Shop in downtown Wylie.
We will have a table set up in front of their shop and have Apple, Cherry, Lemon, and Chocolate pies available as well as Docho’s which is fried pie crust coated with cinnamon sugar and topped with whipped cream and strawberry topping sauce.
We look forward to seeing you next Saturday.

I will be at Glen Echo Brewery 106 N Birmingham Street, Wylie cooking grilled brats to help them celebrate their second birthday this weekend Feb 20, 21, and 22 per attached video schedule of weekend events.
