nt. We specialize in slow-smoked traditional Texas-style brisket, ribs, pulled pork, turkey, chicken, ham, sausage and jalapeno sausage. We have traditional sides such as baked (smoked) beans, potato salad, mac 'n cheese and cole slaw (regular and bleu cheese). We also make great appetizers and delicious homemade desserts too! The pit master, Adam Diebold, uses his own custom rubs, barbecue sauce and salsa! Dine-in, Carry-out, and delivery options are all available. We also still cater special events as well!
