As the owner of Auburn Taverna, I wanted to personally address the recent concerns regarding reports of cyclosporiasis linked to certain produce products.

At Auburn Taverna, we use whole heads of lettuce and whole produce — not pre-cut or pre-packaged produce. Every day, our team washes, cuts, and prepares our vegetables fresh in-house for each shift.

The health and safety of our guests and staff is not something we take lightly. We serve these same foods to our own family and stand behind the quality of the ingredients that come through our doors.

Wow, thank you, Wyandotte! What an incredible first Street Fair for Auburn Taverna.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the restaurant, visited our outdoor bar, participated in our activities, or simply came by to say hello.
