I wanted to post last night but I was absolutely exhausted from putting in about 60 hours the last 4 days. I owe a TON of thank yous.
2026 was my best street fair to date. It obviously wouldn't have been like this if it weren't for all of you showing up like you did. I enjoyed seeing familiar faces and meeting new customers. All the stories, the chats, the hugs and of course my wonderful clients from past events coming in. Its an incredible thing watching babies grow up who were celebrated with a shower at the hall, still in womb, and seeing past brides, customers and staff come in. Im so grateful to be a part of these stories and be part of this AMAZING community.
I also need to thank my staff for their hard work and putting up with me... and my husband, who cooked over 3,000 pierogi by himself! I have the best crew around and I'd be lost without them! Team work makes the dream work and that's what we do here. Make dreams come true and you're all certainly making my dreams come true.
I love you all so much! 🫶🍽👩‍🍳💪🏼

Street Fair Day 1! Our 8th Fair and boy did you guys show up! We blew through almost twice as much as normal on this day... as you know it takes time to make this delicious food. No microwaves involved. I stagger lunch and dinner and try my calculate what dinner may look like after lunch. I didn't anticipate this, but THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. We will see you all tomorrow!

Tomorrow is the day! The cabbage rolls are tightly tucked in, waiting to be roasted! Pierogi ready to be Sautéed with onions and Butter! Pickles sliced, anticipating a nice hot bath in savory, creamy deliciousness!
