I am so grateful for the recognition!
The part highlighting how amazing my staff is, is truly my favorite part. If you ask any business owner what the hardest part about running an operation is- I promise you they will say “finding good help.” The girls really do put their whole hearts into this place day in and day out.
Opening up at 20 years old came with some doubt.. but for every person who doubted, I was blessed with 5 more who believed in me.

Over the last 12 years, we really have built something so special.

Thanks for being patient with us while we enjoyed some time off!

We had TONS of family time, hung out in the camper up north, and soaked up so much sun.

We’re OPEN and back to work with normal business hours starting today!

As always, we will be CLOSED a few days this week recouping from the art fair.

It takes MONTHS of preparation and THOUSANDS of handmade pierogis.
My crew absolutely crushed it this year, as per usual.

They’re given this week off to hangout with families, take a vacation, and just enjoy a little break.

We may open back up this weekend depending on who’s back in town, if we’re staffed, and if our fridges are restocked for it.

We’ll keep you posted.

Now that our kids are getting older, Tom and I have been trying to really teach them the value of a dollar.

We take them to work with us when we can and show them what it takes to actually earn a paycheck.

Today, Reid came to work with me! One of our amazing customers left a tip just for him to thank him for his hard work 🥹.

Lindsey, if you see this, thank YOU for helping prove our point.. that hard work PAYS off and money doesn’t just grow on trees like my kids think it does!! THANK YOU!! 😂❤️
