Years in the making, we are introducing something very special to the menu this weekend! tideandtailoysterco’s first harvest is available at Flying Machine Oyster Bar. Raised in Topsail Sound by Tide and Tail Oyster Co. farmer and owner Justin Tuttle, and co-owned by Grant Steadman (owner of Flying Machine Brewing Company and The Sounder ), our house oysters represent years of hard work and are a true representation of our local waters. Bringing oysters from our farm directly to our restaurants means a great deal to us. The first oysters we harvested are our Salt Shots. True to their name, these oysters are very salty and delicious. Stop by the Oyster Bar this weekend to be one of the first to try!

Fresh local flounder in a Flying Machine Brewing Company Alta Mar beer batter, salt & vinegar sidewinder fries, Texas Pete–smoked blue cheese slaw, and Flying Machine Brewing Company Electronic Fog tartar sauce.

Hard shell tortillas, duck confit, salsa verde, arugula and shredded Oaxaca cheese
Served with chips and salsa

•Lobster Nachos
Fried flour tortillas, lobster queso, mango pico de gallo, avocado- chili crema, fresh jalapeños, and scallions; and

•Oyster Tacos (2)
Flour tortillas, fried oysters, creamy Valentina slaw, pico de gallo and queso fresco.
Served with chips and salsa.

Tomorrow we are celebrating 5 years as your Flying Machine Brewing Company outpost at our wonderful beach town of Wrightsville Beach. Thanks to all of our locals and visitors who have made this place so special to us.
