UPDATE: Unfortunately, our scheduled food truck has run into a mechanical issue and won’t be able to make it to Tunes on Tuesday tonight. 😔 But don’t let that stop you from joining us! 🎶 Be sure to visit one of our local businesses for a bite to eat and a refreshing drink while you enjoy the music.

UPDATE: Colleen from Save-Half Greeting Cards / 143 Expressions dropped off a bag toss game for our yard! I am very humbled and thankful for your generosity, Colleen. ❤️

STOLEN. I wasn’t sure if I should post this, but I have decided to. The pictured bag toss game that has been used in the yard at The River Coffee And Cream for several years has been stolen. Because of the flooding and mud that we have had, it has not been out in the yard yet this year, but when I went to get it out and cleaned up from under the sunroom for Father’s Day weekend, it was gone. It was probably taken within a couple weeks before Father’s Day, possibly when I was gone on vacation. This is sad to me because I have always left it out in the yard with no problems, and it was played frequently by people of all ages, even when we were not open. But now it was actually taken from a sheltered area.
Was it dumb to not have it locked up? Sure. But it was also wrong for someone to sneak around my property and steal it. I hesitate to replace it, which is also sad.
So if anyone has Information, or knows the whereabouts of this distinctive blue and white striped set, perhaps - maybe - it could simply be returned. That would be amazing. Thanks for reading all of this! ~Deb

We’re excited to kick off another night of the Village’s Tunes on Tuesday summer music series—happening tonight from 6:00–9:00 PM in the River District!

Join us for a great evening of live music featuring Hurry Up Wait, bringing a mix of classic rock, glam rock, 90s and 2000s hits, along with some country favorites to the stage. 🎸✨

While we won’t have a food truck this evening, be sure to support your local favorites—and don’t worry, we’ve got more delicious options lined up for upcoming Tunes on Tuesday dates, so stay tuned!
