Wrightstown… we’ve got some exciting news 💙
We are officially taking over The Riv (The River Inn) 🍻
For those who don’t know us yet, our names are Michaela & Michael. Michaela (me) and my family grew up right here in Wrightstown and for the past 4 years, my husband Michael and I have been behind the bar at Rocky Top. So many of you already feel like familiar faces to us, that we’ve grown to love and cherish and this community has truly shaped who we are. ❤️
We know with any change, there can be questions… maybe even some worry. And we want to say this first…
we’re not here to change what makes The Riv feel like home.
This bar has been a part of Wrightstown since 1873, and we have so much respect for that history. Our goal is simple:
🍺 keep it familiar
🍺 make it even more cozy
🍺 bring people even closer together
🍺 and add a little more fun along the way
You might see some fresh paint, new food specials, and some Riv apparel 🔥
but the heart of this place? That stays.
We’re keeping the current staff (and adding to our team), and you’ll be seeing us behind the bar right alongside them. This isn’t just a business to us, it’s personal.
We love this town, the farmers, the school, the families, the other local businesses. We ride harley in our free time, we support local, and we believe in showing up for our community.
We’ve been married for 5 years, and our two dogs mean the world to us. Family and community are everything in our lives, and that’s exactly what we want The Riv to feel like.
Most importantly… we want to hear from YOU.

Please be patient with us as we are making changes and adjusting to a new atmosphere. And we promise to deliver.
