Reminder that we're back on to our shoulder season schedule starting this week, additionally we'll be closed for labor day to give the kitchen crew a well earned extra day after a long summer. The Stik Cafe will remain open for it's normal schedule (6am to 3pm) if you need a quick breakfast, lunch or caffeine! Have a wonderful Labor Day weekend! Enjoy that sunshine!

Quick reminder! We'll be closed for service tonight. We're hosting a Stik Fam's Wedding celebration. We'll be back at it for dinner service Sunday 8/30 (4-8pm) and rolling back into our shoulder season schedule in the restaurant, dinner service (4-8pm) this week followed by a short closure after a long season for our crew (Sunday/Monday) this upcoming Labor day. The Stik Cafe will be holding the down the fort for morning and afternoon food and caffeine service this winter. It's hours are 6am - 3pm 7 days a week. Have a great weekend Wrangell!

Tis the Season! Summer is on the way out, and Fall is marching on in. With seasonal staff starting to head out to school or their normal 9-5's, we're due for some schedule adjustments. A quick note first, we're celebrating a staff members marriage ceremony at the Stik Saturday the 29th, and will be closed for service. Starting The week of August 30th, we'll be back to dinner service only. The following week, we'll be closed September 6th and 7th while everyone is out enjoying the weekend up river or out the road. Then we'll be rolling into dinner service 6 nights a week through December. All changes will be updated on our schedule here on the FB page. Thank you for a great summer, we appreciate the patronage!

Reminder: We are hosting the annual Bearfest Dinner and Auction on Friday, August 7th. There will be no public in service or take out dining available the day of. We'll be back up for regular weekend service, Saturday at 4pm. Have a wonderful week and enjoy the Bearfest activities!

Notice: We'll have to shut down services while the water is off down town (at 1pm). We'll reopen as soon as we see it turn back on.

UPDATE: Water Main Break Reported on North Case Avenue

Due to the Water Main break that was reported earlier this morning, the Public Works crews will need to shut down the water to the majority of the downtown area from CASE Avenue throughout DOWNTOWN starting at 1pm today. The repairs are anticipated to take between 2 to 3 hours.

The Public Works crews are working diligently to make the repair as quickly as possible.

Motorists and pedestrians are asked to avoid the area whenever possible. Reducing traffic through the work zone will help protect crews and allow repairs to be completed more quickly.

The City and Borough of Wrangell appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation while crews complete this critical repair.
