Going backwards with
Supper: Mashed Potato Pancakes with roasted chickpeas, onion and mushroom. Garnished with arugula. Sauce was an Asian style vinaigrette
Drank: Unsweetened Pumkin Spiced Chai Tea Latte
Lunch: Just egg avocado wrap with yum yum sauce
Breakfast: Banana maple oatmeal topped with walnuts
Sprinkles on everything is flax, chia, and h**p seeds per usual!
Not shown: 2 cups of tea throat coat and Kava stress relief. Gingerbread flavored French press and a Peppermint Mocha flavored americano.

By “the bros” I mean internet ppl who don’t know I exist. And by “gains” I mean doing my best to feel my best.

I’ve recently gotten back into dance! At home I do my ballet techniques. Classes include Zumba, Kpop, Gogo dancing and an explicit yoga series.
I’m the most I’ve weighed since the pandemic hit. That’s a win for me.
