Bad news. I’m going to have to discontinue this until my vehicle is fixed and I get more money in the bank. I don’t know when either of those will be. My only car is down and I don’t have enough money to restock on meats. I’m very very sorry but my vehicle is just a little bit more of a priority as it’s my way to get to my OB appointments as the other vehicles are not in my name.

I highly apologize to those who were looking forward to getting some, but I just need to shift my attention for a while. Once everything falls back into place, I’ll continue.

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday

Until I can get some more hands and some more savings up, I will only be open 2 days a week. It’s hard to keep up as tamales are very difficult as well as having doctor appointments for my little one 💙 I apologize if this brings any disappointment

Due to personal events, I won’t be making tamales today as I will not be in town until late. I’m back up and running tomorrow afternoon but my days have changed! Keep an eye out for that update!

Good news! The equipment is on its way for delivery this morning! Hopefully it will be here once I get into town and I can start making tamales! 😋 If you’d like to try one, send me a message! Remember! It’s lime flavored masa with tajin seasoned chicken as the filling! So it’ll be a little sour, but I have two salsas I can put in small cups if you’d like!

Salsa verde and salsa casera, both mild. 😋😋😋

Big news! On (hopefully) this Thursday, I will have a trial tamale offer! The tamale will be chicken lime flavor tamale with tajin seasoned chicken as the stuffing! Whoever wants to place an order will be able to taste the very first one for free to see if you’d like it!

And if you think it would taste good with for example, the tajin chicken with jalapeño as well, you can ask for that at no extra charge! No matter how many Ingredients there are, the price remains the same.

Thank you for giving me a chance! 🥰 I’m just one person so these new things take time! I like to take time into making the food to make sure it tastes amazing to everyone! Quality over quantity. 🖤
