Before we ask a franchisee to invest in a new menu item, product, technology, or operational change, we test it ourselves first.

New idea? We try it.
New menu item? We cook it.
New process? We put it to work.

That means our franchisees aren’t left to figure things out on their own. They get to benefit from what we’ve already learned — the wins, the tweaks, and sometimes the “well…that didn’t work” moments.

We believe the best franchise relationship isn’t corporate on one side and franchisees on the other.
