Let's talk potatoes. We want our potatoes to add to the meal, not just take up space on the plate.

Pictured is our popular starchy side dish: spicy shredded hashbrowns. As you can see, they are not a big tater tot like you would get at a fast food place. Some people have called them a "southern or Florida style" hashbrowns

We start with Idaho potatoes, shred them with our beast of a processor, par-cook, then season them with our spice blend. They are finished on the griddle to order. We also have plain hashbrowns, and our seasoned homefries. And yes we have french fries and tater tots available too.

Come and enjoy a breakfast with the spicy hashbrowns, or any of our potatoes!

Tired and sore from moving snow? Stuck in traffic around the city? Come in for a break and enjoy a hot coffee and a warm meal. The omelet is a D.i.Y omelet with feta, ham, spinach, mushrooms, and onions. Accompanied by our plain hashbrowns (made from fresh, never frozen potatoes) and white toast.

And we have loaves of our uniquely famous Picklebread coming out of the oven today !
