We’re looking for a motivated and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help support our growing hospitality and entertainment businesses. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of exciting events like weddings, golf outings, private parties, and more!

✨ Position Details:
• Part-time position
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling available
• Mix of office/admin work and customer communication

🎯 Responsibilities Include:
• Answering emails and assisting customers
• Basic invoicing and administrative tasks
• Setting up sales appointments and consultations
• Calling clients before events to gather final details
• Assisting with timelines, scheduling, and organization
• Helping provide an amazing customer experience from booking to event day

✅ Ideal Candidate:
• Friendly and professional personality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic computer programs
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
