As Fry’s Fireside continues to grow, we’ve been learning a LOT — including how to make this work better for our families and yours. So we’ve made some adjustments to our pricing this week, while keeping the same big portions and from-scratch food you’ve come to expect.

🇩🇪🍻 PROST! A LITTLE THROWBACK TO OUR OKTOBERFEST DAYS!

We lived in Germany, made some incredible memories, introduced the kids to Oktoberfest… and apparently passed around a chicken hat that everyone HAD to wear. 🐔😂

Some traditions are worth bringing home. The chicken hat? We’ll let you decide.

🇩🇪🔥 PROST! OKTOBERFEST IS COMING TO THE FIRESIDE! 🍻

Having lived in Germany and experienced Oktoberfest firsthand, I can tell you one thing: the Germans know a thing or two about good food, good b**r, and bringing people together.

And this week, we’re bringing a little taste of that experience home to Wooster.

Here’s what’s cooking:

🥩 Smoked Meatloaf – My homestyle meatloaf, slow-smoked and served with creamy mashed potatoes and hearty gravy. Comfort food, Fireside style.

🍋 Chicken Schnitzel – Golden, crispy, and made using my German-inspired recipe. A little taste of my time overseas.

🌭 NEW! German Sausage Sampler – Three kinds of sausage, braised red cabbage, a traditional Brötchen, mustard, and Oma’s Potato Salad, made from my mom’s recipe. ❤️

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Feeding the whole crew? Our Smoked Meatloaf and Chicken Schnitzel are also available as Family Meals! The schnitzel comes with Käsespätzle and braised red cabbage.

And, of course, we’ve still got brisket by the pound or half-pound.

You don’t need a plane ticket to Germany to get a little Oktoberfest on your dinner table. Just bring an appetite. 😂
