Have you tried our Pork Lettuce Wrap yet? It's a Wooster exclusive and sooo good!

We start with spicy (but not too spicy) minced pork and add ginger, scallions, whole roasted peanuts, and cilantro, then toss it all in a spicy lemongrass dressing. We pair it with a wedge of lettuce so you can wrap it all up.

Is it a salad? Is it a wrap? Is it an appetizer to share with the table? Who cares, it's delicious!
