Hey everyone! I have an announcement, but it is not a fun one. Honey Bee's Bistro will be coming to an end. I've decided that now that my daughter is old enough to go to a sitter, I want to get back to working full-time and work towards the future. I deeply appreciate all the support I've received these last few months and everything I've learned. I do intend to return to self-employment. However, that won't be for a few years. I love the community I've found at Local Roots, and you will still find me in the store from time to time.

I'd like to add a special thank you to my fiance-to-be Austin for supporting my decisions through this entire adventure and my amazing friend and mentor Gina Bertelli of Andio Sisters for teaching me a lot throughout this process and for just being fun to work with.

I highly recommend trying all of the amazing food found at Local Roots. All of the chef producers I had the pleasure of meeting are truly wonderful people. Especially the men who run Woo-town Bagels. I got to work with them for the last few months as well, and it's honestly sad to have to leave them. They're a very fun pair.

Thank you for your time, and stay safe. Maybe I'll see some of you in my next business venture. ❤️

It was a busy night last night! I got all sorts of new stuff out and even made a dessert! Check out the cooler for these awesome wraps, sandwiches, and goodies.

Garden Veggie Wrap- zucchini, radish, broccoli slaw mix, mini sweet peppers, spinach, and vegan Dill aioli

Sun-dried Tomato aioli and turkey bolillo with alfalfa sprouts and havarti cheese

Italian Wraps with the new roasted red pepper aioli and green leaf lettuce

And mixed berry compote and chocolate mousse puff pastry cups topped with whipped cream and fresh berries

You've all seen the Italian wraps and summer berry salads but you haven't seen them like this! I've made some little changes to my recipes in these two this week! Whats new? Well, the Italian wrap is now made with green leaf lettuce and new roasted red pepper aioli, and the summer berry salads have a new lemon poppyseed dressing! Grab them from the cooler for your lunch this week and let me know what you think!!

Hey y'all! It's an exciting weekend. I got out some more turkey and swiss pretzels and some chickpea salad portions for you today. AND tomorrow is my daughters first birthday party! Well, the first night back from being off didn't go EXACTLY as planned... because I forgot my boxes at home. BUT I still got some good stuff out, so get ready!

Lil' turkey pretzel sliders

Veggie Pizzas with herb cream cheese and feta!!

My photo skills were lacking (I blame dropping some of the cucumber salad on the floor. Through me all off) but I assure you it's all so good and I highly recommend you stop into the store and grab you some goods!
