⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️BREAKING NEWS!!!⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
Wow!!! It’s been a year and a half since we started this steakhouse! What a unique and amazing time it has been. Not only did we gain the experience of learning how to run a full service steakhouse but we even did it with a global pandemic happening that crushed the normal supply lines and made it a full time job just to locate our daily food products. Definitely a steep learning curve, but one we embraced successfully. I have also learned that this business requires everything from myself and my wife and my daughter. We routinely work more than 100 hours a week EVERY week of the year. It takes 7 days a week to get everything done. Plus, we are now battling the skyrocketing cost of food and food shortages. As I laid my Mom to rest this week it put a few things in perspective. I hadn’t really spent any time with family since I’ve opened this place. Life is too short and much too precious to labor away each waking moment. So we have decided to close this chapter of our lives. The steakhouse’s last day to be open will be Saturday June 26th. We appreciate with our whole heart the love and support we have received from our community. So we will continue cutting steaks and hand-rolling our famous egg rolls until that day arrives. We hope you’ll come see us!!
