Most people know me as the guy behind Dirty FRYZ.
What most people don’t know is... that’s just the latest chapter.
Before this, there was photography. Film. Producing. New York. Hollywood. Big agencies. Fortune 500 brands. Some unbelievable people. Some unbelievable failures. Cancer. Reinventing myself more times than I ever planned.
I’ve been in rooms I never should’ve been in, met people I never imagined I’d meet, and somehow kept finding myself saying yes to the next crazy opportunity.
People have told me for years, “You need to write a book.”
Maybe one day.
For now, I’m doing something different.
I started a Substack where I’m telling the real stories—the ones behind the photos, the projects, the people, the failures, the pivots, and everything that’s led me to Dirty FRYZ.
No fake guru bu****it. No pretending I’ve got life figured out.

Food has always been more than something we eat—it’s how we connect. It’s culture. It’s tradition. It’s the stories we tell, the laughter we share, and the memories we create around a table.
Growing up in Canada, kitchen parties taught me that some of life’s best conversations happen over good food. Phones disappear, time slows down, and for a little while, all that matters is the people sitting beside you.
That’s the experience I want to create every time.
Whether I’m serving Fryz, hosting a cooking class, or creating a private event, no two experiences are ever the same. Different people. Different conversations. Different memories. That’s the magic.
It’s about tasting something incredible, learning something new, sharing a laugh, and leaving with a full heart—not just a full stomach.

Happy 4th of July. 🇺🇸
This past week felt like one curveball after another. Deadlines, stress, nonstop noise... it all started to pile up.
So today I did something we all forget to do. I stepped away.
I loaded up the kayak, paddled a couple miles into the quiet, and just... existed. No phone. No agenda. No chasing the next thing. Just me, the water, and the sound of nature.
It’s amazing how much clarity you find when you stop trying to find it.
We spend so much of our lives building careers, chasing goals, solving problems, and taking care of everyone else that we forget the most important investment we’ll ever make is in ourselves.
Sometimes the strongest move you can make isn’t to push harder—it’s to pause.
The world will still be there tomorrow. The emails can wait. The stress will always find you.
Peace won’t.
So go find it.
Today reminded me that freedom isn’t just something we celebrate on the Fourth of July. Real freedom is creating moments where your mind is quiet, your heart is full, and you’re completely present.
Take care of yourself. Disconnect from the noise. Breathe. Nature has a way of reminding us who we are when the world makes us forget.

Sweet. Salty. Tangy. Crispy. Boujee. Messy. 🤤
Sometimes the simplest combinations hit the hardest.
These Dirty FRYZ went straight into the air fryer—no oil, no deep fryer. Finished with truffle salt, a drizzle of hot honey, house-pickled red onions, roasted garlic aioli, and a little caviar because... why not? 😏
On paper it shouldn’t work. In one bite, it makes perfect sense.
Every topping has a purpose. Every flavor complements the next. Sweet meets savory. Crunch meets creaminess. Fancy meets dirty.
That’s what Dirty FRYZ is all about. Making unexpected flavor combinations that leave you wondering why nobody thought of it sooner.

Almost didn’t make it... 😅
Wrapped up with a client, flew across Atlanta, and somehow made it just in time for the FIFA World Cup.
Not a bad way to experience my first-ever soccer match... from a suite. 😂 Safe to say I may have ruined every game after this.
The energy was absolutely insane. The chants, the fans, the passion... it never stopped. I’ve been to plenty of sporting events, but football hits different in person. Now I get the obsession. ⚽🔥
Even better than the match? The people. Great conversations, new connections, and a few opportunities that have me fired up for what’s next.
Atlanta... you delivered. 👏
