Start your Saturday with a moving meditation down by the beautiful Ottauquechee River!

Missamanda Anderson will be leading a 90-minute yoga class for all levels, which includes accessible movement, stretching, strengthening, and inspirational music.

The class will also include breath work and a short meditation - all of it designed to help you connect with the highest part of your self. Anyone able to sit on the ground is welcome to join, and Miss Amanda is happy to suggest alternatives for people with limitations or who like more challenge.

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it - otherwise, we have extras. Class meets at the riverfront, unless there’s inclement weather, when we’ll be in the library. We start at 8:30 am and go until 10. Hotel guests receive a reduced rate of $18, payable at class. It’s the perfect way to get physically energized, mentally relaxed, and soulfully elevated for your weekend experience with us!
