Established in 1976 by entrepreneurs David Creech and Bill Deckelbaum, Bentleys transformed from a florist shop, to a ice cream cafe, and ultimately to a full service restaurant operation, including select function and catering services. Bentleys is replete with art, antiques, photos and other memorabilia collected over the years and now proudly paying tribute to the rich and colorful history of Woodstock, Vermont. In 2013, a new team of entrepreneurs, John G.F. Freddura, created "Stonewall of Woodstock, Corp. to purchase and operate Bentleys Restaurant. John and Maria (of the famous "Daily Catch" restaurants in Boston, MA), combined their expertise to take Bentleys to "the next level" for generations to come to continue to enjoy. Bentleys provides a full lunch and dinner menu daily. The restaurant also hosts business functions, family gatherings and other special events in it's beautiful private & semi-private dining rooms.
