Blimey it is Fryday today. We are cooking up this beautiful beer battered cod and the crispiest chips around. I was going to make some more British references but it turns out I only know how to curse in a British accent. Celebrate the world cup in true British form. We have fish and chips on the menu this Friday, hell we will put beans on toast if you are feeling froggy. You don't have to jump across the pond to get some true British cuisine, you just have to take a short drive to your favorite BBQ shack.

We hope everyone is having a special memorial day. Thank you to everyone that paid the ultimate price for this country. Your sacrifice can never be repaid but will never be forgotten.

This is the start of BBQ season and summer so we have been smoking meats and cooking sides to hopefully start this summer off with a smash.

We have 16 slabs of spare ribs that are not pre sold for today so if you want a slab for today please call in as soon as possible. We also have our cowboy beans, potato salad, cole slaw and Mexican street corn. We smoked up more brisket, sausage, chicken, pork and ribs for today so we hope you are hungry.

We have our sampler plate available today so if you feel like a little bit of everything we got you covered.

Friday special is our sampler platter.

We have been gearing up all week for the beginning of BBQ season and our platter is how we are kicking it off.

We are smoking brisket, pork, chicken, ribs and our cowboy beans. We are making potato salad, cole slaw and Mexican street corn. We will have the sampler available Friday and Monday but as always we cant tell you if we are selling out of something so please call ahead to reserve a plate.
