Tonight, Jay Collins & Northern Resistance take the stage for a Live Dinner Show, 7:30–9:30 PM!

Jay Collins is a powerhouse saxophonist, vocalist, and blues & roots musician, known for his soulful sound and dynamic live performances. He’s shared the stage with some legendary names in music and brings a whole lot of soul, groove, and Southern flavor to every performance!
