“I just wanted to say that on Aug 25th 2026 my husband and I visited your Woodmere Davis Bakery after a 50 year absence. I was 18 when I left the area to marry a military man also from Moreland Hills. We moved back to Ohio after traveling the would in the Navy. Now, in our 70's we made our way back to your bakery FINALLY. We purchased 3 of your 2lbs loafs of Rye bread and Choc Chip Cookies plus some pastries. I actually cried when I got back to our home on the west side and tried a slice. The Rye bread was as if I was transported back when I was 18 and younger the taste was so homewarming to me. We live now in Olmsted Twp and we will make bi-weekly trips to your bakery . Thank you for being the bakery my parents and my husbands parent shopped at all those years ago. One taste made me see the reason you are still in business.”
