BRAND NEW!!! Pablo y Pablo Mexican Kitchen + Agave Bar in WOODINVILLE is seeking a General Manager. Pablo will provides fresh, modern, Mexican food and top notch cocktails in Woodinville. The creative atmosphere, artsy wall vibes, and friendly staff complete the Pablo experience. We are planning to open in February!
WHAT ARE YOU WALKING INTO?
We have a well established and busy restaurant in Wallingford already, we are ready to bring the same energy, food and agave to the Eastside. Our chef was the original chef of Pablo in Wallingford and the FOH is a growing team made up of friendly, dedicated people who love what they do. We have some work to do to get ready to open and looking for a leader who is up for the challenge of opening a new restaurant with a well known brand. Pablo is taking over our current Commons space near the Hollywood School House.
The ideal candidate will also have:
• 2-3 years FOH Experience in Management and a strong knowledge of FOH operations including food, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques and guest interaction.
• A passion for food and agave, and a strong desire for development and advancement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to multitask and utilize effective time management while providing outstanding leadership to the team and strong organizational skills to ensure consistent guidance and support on a daily basis
• Open availability, including nights and weekends required.
