Plate our Onsen Egg Ravioli with us. A guest favorite on our dinner menu, this dish changes with the seasons and is currently accompanied by summer peas, kizami nori, shiitake dashi, crushed wasabi peas.

We truly enjoy connecting with the farmers who put so much care into the food they grow.

Starting August 24 through September 13, Willows Lodge is celebrating Summer Harvest Days, a property-wide experience led by Executive Chef Lyle Kaku and inspired by the peak of the Pacific Northwest harvest.

From farm-fresh ingredients from Ecolibrium Farms - Redmond, WA to seasonal dishes, cocktails and experiences throughout the property, it’s a celebration of where our food comes from—and the farmers who grow it.
