FAIR SEASON IS HAPPENING! 🧀💜
…and The Cheese Pit food truck is locked, loaded, and ready to serve up the meltiest comfort food in Monroe!

From right now through September 7th (Labor Day), we are parking our truck at the fairgrounds next to the grandstand to bring you the ultimate, golden-brown gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches.

Skip the basic fair food and come get a real, buttery, cheese-pull masterpiece that hits the spot after a long day of rides, exhibits, and games.

Look for the truck, follow the smell of sizzling sourdough, and come hungry! 🤤👇🧀💛

🎡 THE FAIR IS FINALLY HERE! 🎡

The gates are open and the Evergreen State Fair in Monroe is officially underway starting TODAY! 🎉

From now through Labor Day (Monday, September 7th), the fairgrounds are packed with carnival rides, incredible live entertainment, farm animals, and all the classic traditions you love. (Note: The fair is closed on Wednesday, Sept 2nd for cleaning and animal transitions, so plan accordingly!)

Walking around and enjoying the fun is bound to work up an appetite, and we have just what you need to fuel your day. Come see us The Cheese Pit food truck! 🧀🚚 located next to the grandstands!
