Now that summers almost here and restaurants are open again, we are going to call it quits for the summer. Thank you to everyone who supported us in one way or another through this little venture. Hello everyone. This week we are finally offering slow smoked brisket! Please order by commenting or messaging us by Friday May 21st for a Sunday May 23rd pick up in Brownstown between 5pm and 7pm.

**Slow Smoked Texas Style Brisket (1.5 lbs approximately), 5 cheese macaroni and cheese (32oz deli container), Cole slaw (16oz), and four peanut butter brownies $50

Hello everyone. This week we are doing chili and pasta. We can take orders until Friday May 7th for a Saturday (since Mother’s Day is Sunday) May 8th pick up between 5pm and 7pm in Brownstown. Hello everyone. We are back this week with À la cart slow smoked BBQ. We will take orders until Friday April 30th in the morning for a Sunday May 2nd pick up between 5pm and 7pm in Brownstown. Please order by commenting below or messaging us. Again thank you everyone for your support. I will send out a reminder to those that order with pick up details.

**1 lb smoked BBQ pulled pork with 4 brioche buns $15

**1 lb smoked BBQ pulled chicken with 4 brioche buns $16

**5 cheese decadent macaroni and cheese (32oz by volume deli container) $10

**Red Beans and Rice (32 oz by volume deli container) $8

Reheating instructions are labeled on the food. Meal ideas besides the sandwiches are BBQ nachos, BBQ tacos, smoked meat over a baked potato with sharp cheddar cheese, and a smoked meat chili just to name a few. One of my favorites is the chicken served cold on a southwest style salad. My kids will just have the red beans and rice as their meal. It’s a complete protein so why not?! 😂

**Jamaican Jerk Chicken (1 1/2 lb), red beans and rice, 4 pieces of corn bread and 4 “pan banging” sugar cookies. $35

**Vegetable Fettuccine Alfredo with a loaf of fresh Italian bread and 4 “pan banging” sugar cookies. $35

“Pan banging” cookies are literally made by banging the pan through out its bake time. This makes them a bit crispy on the outside and so soft on the inside. (Picture attached)
