4 Year Anniversary ♥️
Today, we’re celebrating 4 incredible years of Francesca’s Brick Oven Pizzeria, and our hearts are so full of gratitude.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and allowing us to do what we love every single day. Owning this pizzeria has brought our family so much joy. It has become so much more than a restaurant—it has become our second home.
One of the greatest gifts these past four years has been the relationships we’ve built. We have become so attached to our customers and our employees. So many of you have watched our children grow, celebrated your birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and milestones with us, and have welcomed us into your lives just as you’ve allowed us to welcome you into ours. You truly feel like family.
This fourth year has also been one of our most challenging. As our family has grown and the demands of the business have grown, finding balance has become more difficult than ever. We’ve faced obstacles we never imagined, and there have been moments that tested us in every way.
But every challenge has reminded us why we started this journey in the first place—you.
Seeing your smiling faces, hearing your stories, watching families gather around our tables, and knowing our food is part of your memories makes every long day, every obstacle, and every sacrifice worth it.
One promise we will always make is this: we will never compromise the integrity of our pizza. No matter how expensive ingredients become or how difficult business gets, we will continue to use quality ingredients, stay true to our recipes, and serve the authentic food we’re proud to put our name on.
We’ll also continue to do what has always mattered most to us—building genuine relationships with our community. We don’t ever want to be “just another restaurant.” We want to know your names, celebrate your victories, support you through hard times, and continue creating a place where everyone feels welcome.
As we look ahead to Year 5, we’re filled with hope and excitement. We don’t know exactly what the future holds, but we do know one thing: we couldn’t do any of this without you.
