Couldn’t come up with anything clever for Thursday… so let’s just talk cheesesteaks.

Some of our steaks don’t get nearly enough love.

🔥 The Phightin’ — 100% ribeye steak mixed throughout with sweet heat mango habanero sauce, cherry peppers, and Cooper Sharp cheese. Sweet, spicy, cheesy, and packed with flavor in every bite.

🧂 The Old Bay Cheesesteak — seasoned throughout with Old Bay and absolutely incredible with our American Whiz. If you’ve never tried it, you’re missing out on one of the most underrated steaks on the menu.

🍕 The Italian Stallion — our pizza steak served on a garlic bread roll, loaded with grilled pepperoni throughout, seasoned marinara, and melted mozzarella. Named after South Philly’s most famous kid, Rocky Balboa.

Speaking of garlic bread… we recently found out a lot of people don’t know you can upgrade ANY cheesesteak to a garlic bread roll. We spread our house garlic butter on the roll and can toast it or leave it untoasted. Our fresh rolls already have that perfect little crisp on the outside, so it’s completely up to you.

And don’t forget about our Cheesesteak Bowls. Any cheesesteak can become a bowl. We don’t just remove the roll and call it a day either. We add extra to make up for the missing bread because we want you leaving full and satisfied.
