Welcome Home to Jamaica!!
If you have ever visited Jamaica, I am sure that besides the beautiful beaches and people, the FOOD was a major draw that makes you return. When you arrive, you are greeted with the words "Welcome Home", and when you venture out and try the food for the first time, it feels like home, the flavors create a warm feeling inside, or maybe its just the scotch bonnet peppers that they use very freely, lol.
I dined at the local spots, got some cool inspiration from the local Chefs and I left Jamaica inspired to bring some of this great food back to my family and friends. I put a twist by adding all of this great, fresh & healthy food to a bowl to create a "Mashup" of Chefdaddy Will meets Jamaica and the offspring is my Bald Head Dread Menu Concept. The Dready Bowl variation is specifically designed for easy eating for the on the go Foodie and easily customizable to fit your cravings for extra spice or to add a little sweetness or should I say
"BiG Up Ya Bowl" however you like.
The menu is designed for quick and easy ex*****on with proper prep and planning. Look for it soon at a Pop- Up Location and Virtual Restaurants near you!
