1 1/2 oz. Blue Curaçao
9 cups ice, divided
6 oz. tequila, divided
3 oz. fresh lime juice, divided
1 oz. triple sec
1 oz. Blackbird margarita mix (item code 666387)
1 1/2 oz. grenadine
Step 1
Freeze 4 Collins glasses until cold, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a blender, blend Curaçao, 3 cups ice, 2 oz. tequila, and 1 oz. lime juice just until smooth and no ice chunks remain.
Step 3
Divide blue slushie among chilled glasses, filling each about one-third full. Return to freezer. Using cold water, rinse out blender.
Step 4
In clean blender, blend triple sec, Blackbird margarita mix, 3 cups ice, 2 oz. tequila, and 1 oz. lime juice just until smooth and no ice chunks remain.
Step 5
Carefully spoon white slushie over blue layer to prevent mixing. Return to freezer. Using cold water, rinse out blender.
Step 6
In clean blender, blend grenadine and remaining 3 cups ice, 2 oz. tequila, and 1 oz. lime juice just until smooth and no ice chunks remain.
Step 7
Carefully spoon red slushie over white layer to prevent mixing. Top each with a Bomb Pop (if using) and serve immediately.
