Captain Bob's is closed until further notice.
I want to personally apologize to everybody for Captain Bob's not being open. I have read all the comments and direct messages and this is why I am having to respond back personally.
I gave my company to Mark for free with the understanding that he would learn the business and take over and run Captain Bob's similar as I have done for 20 years. I could have sold the business but was important to me was to have someone continue to supply my customers and friends and the local community by working hard and consistent days with great seafood and service,unfortunately Mark wasnt capable of any of it. I waited patiently this year and still was hoping that Mark could change but all that was heard was excuses after excuses.
I spent the 1st 2 months this year along with Amanda running the business for Mark because he just wouldnt work and all we heard was excuses.
So I am not affiliated with Mark anymore.
If anyone is interested in catering or special events me & Amanda will be glad to provide Captain Bob's high quality seafood that everybody has gotten to love for the past 20 years. Just send a message to me personally at Bobby Chamberlain
I promise to figure something out for next season for everyone.

which is located just 5 minutes across the Wilson Bridge in Oxon Hill. Ask for Pete,Sonny or Douglas and mention my name and they will take good care of you. It's worth the time to drive there.
As everyone knows me I have always been upfront and honest and tell it as it truthfully is.
