After many hours in Tany's test kitchen, we arrived at the amazing combination of slow cooked birria with a Banh mi twist. Slow cooked Birria, lime aioli, cilantro, picked onions, carrots. All here together by a fresh toasted Tany's bollilo roll. Stop in for a Tany's sandwich. "The way a sandwich should be"!
