To all of our loyal customers we thank you for coming in and enjoying our homemade gelato. When we decided to open FM Cafe it was a labor of love for all of us to bring the best gelato in the world to Wood-Ridge. I know we did that. None of that would have been possible without the hard work and passion of Gregg Formisano. Gregg didn’t even know what gelato was and in a short time I believe he became one of the top gelato artisans in the world. He was always coming up with new flavors and ideas that wowed us all. To our employees you guys made FM Cafe a fun and friendly place to work. Thank you. To our customers we say goodbye in this form but don’t be surprised if you see FM in another way very soon. Ice cream puts a smile on peoples faces. Keep smiling. Many thanks.
