Lambs Quarters is everywhere you look on the farm right now. I just found out is also called “Fat Hen Dungw**d” (which sounds like a rather coarse insult). I’m told it’s edible; a sweeter milder version of spinach. The hens sure like it. We’ll try it and let you know.
