Dear friends,
This is a very emotional message for me to share.
Ani’s Kitchen was my baby, my very first solo restaurant and one of the biggest and most meaningful projects of my life. I poured my heart, my energy, and my soul into it every single day. It was not just a business to me, it was a dream I built from the ground up, and a journey that taught me so much.

As of 4/30/2026, Ani’s Kitchen has officially been sold.

Looking back, I feel nothing but gratitude. This experience has been one of the greatest learning journeys of my life, my first restaurant, my first real step into this industry, and a place where I grew every single day as an owner, a leader, and a person.

I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you. Your support, your kindness, your loyalty, and even your honest feedback and critiques helped shape Ani’s Kitchen into what it became. I will always be grateful for that.

I also want to thank my incredible staff from the front of the house to the kitchen. Your hard work, dedication, and love made everything possible. I couldn’t have done it without you.

I am also happy to share that many of our staff members are continuing with the new owners, and they are doing their very best to continue serving you and accommodating you with the same care and effort you’ve always known. The new place will be called The Daily Slate so please support them as you did with us and be understanding that they just took over and they will do their best too.

While this chapter is closing, a new one is beginning.

We will soon be opening a new restaurant in Wolcott, Connecticut, hopefully by the end of May, beginning of June—at:

Last week we had the absolute pleasure of hosting a beautiful private party 🥳 and what a night it was!

From the very beginning, we worked closely with our guests to accommodate every detail they envisioned for their sit-down dinner. Every course was thoughtfully prepared, every table carefully set, and every request handled with care. We truly believe that when you put love and hard work into what you do, it shows — and this event was proof of that.

Seeing everyone gathered around the table, enjoying great food and celebrating together, reminded us why we do what we do. It was all worth it.
