🎉 Harrison Y’ALL HAVE DONE IT AGAIN! 🎉

We sold even MORE today than we did on opening day, and we are just blown away by the love and support you’ve shown our little food truck! ❤️

Unfortunately, we will not be able to open tomorrow, but we plan to be back at it Sunday after church from 12:30–3:00. The menu will be Cashew Chicken and Fiesta for the day.

We are working hard to keep up with y’all, and we cannot thank everyone enough for showing up and supporting our family’s new adventure. We are so blessed and thankful for every single one of you!

Y’all keep showing up, and we’ll keep cooking! ❤️🍗

We will also be drawing the winner of the two free meals Sunday morning for playing our little game!

For the time being, we have narrowed our menu down to Fiesta, Cashew Chicken, and Kids’ Nuggets. We plan to add more menu items along the way as we get settled in, and we are always open to suggestions! Let us know what you would love to see added!

Online ordering is up! Just like yesterday, once the pickup time you want is unavailable, that means we have reached the number of orders we can fulfill during that time online.

Thank y’all so much for your patience and support as we get this adventure rolling! We can’t wait to see everyone! ❤️

We are completely SOLD OUT! 😭🙌

We sold OVER 400 ORDERS today! 🤯 We truly thought we had prepared enough food to get us through at least THREE DAYS, but y’all came out and showed us just how wrong we were! 😂❤️

We cannot thank everyone enough for showing up, supporting us, being PATIENT with us, and making our very first day such an amazing one. We are completely overwhelmed in the BEST way!

We also want to apologize to everyone who tried to call and couldn’t get through. We were so busy serving everyone that we weren’t able to answer the phones, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Because y’all showed us so much love today, we unfortunately WILL NOT be able to open tomorrow. We need a little time to restock and get prepared again.

We are hoping to be back open Friday, so keep watching the page for an update!

Hillbilly Slim’s Food Truck is officially getting closer and closer to hitting the road! 🚚❤️ A HUGE thank you to Five-O Graphics & Signs for hooking us up with our graphics and making this food truck look as good as the food will taste! We couldn’t be happier with how everything is coming together!
