We will be set up for lunch again at Heid Music in Stevens Point today. 11am to 1pm.
We will have chopped smoked brisket and smoked pulled pork today, along with your favorite BBQ sides. I left the barn door open and all my chickens escaped. So unfortunately no smoked pulled chicken today. 😀

We will be here serving lunch and dinner today. 11 to 6pm or till sold out. Come out for a great event and great BBQ.

Hey Folks. Shorty's BBQ will be set up at Primitive Chick's in Friendship this 4th of July. The parade is at 10am.
I will be serving from 9:30 to 12:30 or sold out.
Come on down and get some BBQ! Limited Special menu item this time is 3 Moinkballs on a stick. Bacon wrapped beef meatballs, rubbed and smoked...cant go wrong with that! 😁

I will be at The Food Truck Lot Food Truck Lot. In Wisconsin Rapids Wednesday for lunch. 11 to 2pm. Come down and get some of Wisconsin Rapids original BBQ. Brisket, pulled pork, or pulled chicken sandwich. With or without sides....creamy coleslaw and smoked beans with Nueskes bacon. Also smoked macaroni and cheese. Plain or topped with choice of meat. Water for drinks.
