To our valued Wisconsin Rapids community,

Since the Wisconsin Rapids Dairy Queen changed ownership in 2023, we have continued accepting a wide variety of coupons and promotional items issued over many years by previous ownership. We appreciate your support and understanding during this transition.

Effective JULY 1, 2026, the Wisconsin Rapids Dairy Queen will be updating our coupon and token redemption policy.

After July 1, 2026, we will no longer honor coupons that do not have an expiration date and / or do not state “Twist & Shout LLC.”

We will continue to honor:

• Coupons issued by Twist & Shout LLC
• Raider Card coupons (or any other future local school collaborations)
• Coupons with a valid printed expiration date extending beyond July 1, 2026 (whether issued by Twist & Shout LLC or others)
• Official Dairy Queen corporate promotions, including mailers and national promotional offers
• Official Dairy Queen wooden tokens featuring the Dairy Queen logo on one side and specifically “Free Small Cone or Dilly Bar” on the other side

While we understand this change may be disappointing or inconvenient for some guests, this policy is necessary to ensure consistency and fairness moving forward.

Beginning July 1, 2026, coupons or promotional items not issued by Twist & Shout LLC or corporate Dairy Queen will no longer be accepted at the Wisconsin Rapids Dairy Queen.

We sincerely appreciate your continued support of our locally owned Wisconsin Rapids Dairy Queen and thank you for your understanding.

Hello Everyone!

We have had a couple of questions about our hours, as Google has different hours listed than our Facebook.

🚨Our hours on Facebook will ALWAYS be the most current🚨

I have spoken with Google many times, and for some reason the hours are never correct.

We are sorry for this inconvenience!

Our hours will increase shortly, as school will be out for the summer, so keep an eye out for that! 🍦
