What a Summer it’s been!! Thank you to everyone who has come out this season so far!
We continue to search for staff, specifically in the kitchen, and are navigating unprecedented product and energy costs (linen company charging an energy surcharge fee is a new one this year). We stretched ourselves a bit thin the last couple of weeks. The result, a few services we wish we could have done better.
So, we’re making a few changes. Instead of limiting our days or hours open, we are limiting reservations to 30 people a night. Quality over quantity. This may mean limited room for walk-ins, so we encourage reservations now more than ever.
Additionally, we will no longer be taking reservations for parties over 6 guests. And parties of six may book between 4:30 and 5:30. This protects the kitchen (Matt, who is running the kitchen by himself most nights still while training a young, albeit eager, team of two) from overwhelm.
