Happy Memorial Day weekend, Pony people! 🇺🇸☕️🤠

While I’m off doing my very important job as baseball mom / professional snack packer / emotional support bleacher sitter, my dream crew is holding down the shack like the absolute legends they are.

Big shoutout to Sammy, Janae, Court, and Rio for keeping the coffee flowing, the Lotus sparkling, the Red Bulls flying, and the chaos only slightly controlled while I’m away watching my kids play ball.

So be nice to them, tip them, tell them they’re pretty, and maybe don’t order 14 blended drinks at the window unless you brought emotional support for them too. 😜

She’s pink. She’s pretty. She’s expensive. And she better not have an attitude. 💗☕️ 🦄

After 14+ years of slinging drinks, making memories, surviving chaos, and keeping this little coffee shop alive, we’re stepping into the next chapter in a big way.

Cheers to the next 10 years of coffee, conversations, celebrations, birthdays, graduations, happy tears, hard days, and all the in between moments that somehow end up at the Pony window.

To my customers: thank you for keeping us in business all these years. I could not have done this without you. Your support has carried this place through every season, every crazy idea, every long day, and every early morning.

To My Baristas ☕️ past, present, and future, you are the heart ,thank you for making the Pony your home. You’ve helped build more than a business here. You’ve helped build a place people come back to again and again and again (I really could keep saying that) and again. 🦄💕🦄

We’re pressure washing, we’re painting, making new menus, and getting ready for a brand new espresso machine and let me tell you… she is PRETTY IN PINK. 💗☕️

So this is your warning:
You’ve got 6 days left to get your Katie’s fix before we shut it down for a minute.

For the last 13 years, our coffee at Katie’s Pony Expresso has started with something pretty special, beans roasted right here in the Methow Valley by the amazing Lariat Coffee Roasters. ☕

From early mornings and sleepy customers, to busy summer rushes and snowy winter days, their coffee has been the heart of what we pour into every cup.

Local businesses supporting each other is what keeps this valley strong, and we are incredibly grateful for the consistency, quality, and care they put into every roast.

Thank you Lariat Coffee Roasters for 13 years of partnership, friendship, and seriously delicious coffee. We couldn’t do what we do without you. 🤎
