Named after our beloved grandparents, we are a small family owned establishment built on the commitment to making every patron that walks through our doors feel like they are at home. Our approach in addition to supplying friendly and attentive service, is to take traditional Italian food cuisine that our family grew up eating and elevate it to something new and fresh.

We came across Empirical Olive and it completely changed how we think about the classic Dirty Martini.

No overwhelming saltiness, just a clean, elegant brine made from Manzanilla and Gordal olives, olive oil, and French wheat. Watch us make the most elevated Dirty Martini we’ve ever had. 🫒🫒🫒

Who knew a cookie could make you feel so much! I came up with this drink awhile back to pay homage to a feeling. A feeling of self discovery and adventure. Whenever Chloe and I board a plane to Korea this is one of the first treats they serve and every time it gets me excited for what is around the corner.

I call it a “mirror” because the top is designed to mirror the bottom. You can compare and see how close we got. :) Available always at Vuolo’s 😁

In my youth listening to loud and fast music was my thing. I was drawn to hardcore music for its angst and excitement. My interests peaked when I read the lyrics of . Inspiration comes in many forms and for this specific drink it was the music of one of my favorite bands. Thank you AN for being a catalyst for the “Viva Love”.

We love our brown spirits at Vuolo’s. We see a ton of old fashioneds and Manhattans but this next drink is a gem and one of the most classic cocktails…the Sazerac. Its lineage stems all the way back to the 1800s and in the list of great ones this ranks close to the top!

Try our version of it with a 50/50 split of and with Peychaud’s bitters and a Pernod rinse. Balanced and unique…try one next time you are in Vuolo’s! 🥃

“Pea Brain”

The obsession with the “sour” continues. We to created an oddly satisfying drink that has a wide range of flavor elements. We settled on wasabi peas as a fun base flavor. The peas when infused with gin create a savory toasted element. When combined with sweetness of winter melon syrup and tartness of lemon it’s a hit to all your tastebuds.

This drink definitely is refreshing as well, a perfect spring combo as the weather begins to change. Try it all month long! 😁

“Milk punching” has became quite the obsession at Vuolo’s and so has dessert. We explore both of these with Cut and Dry and Baileys to create a clarified Almond Joy. Smooth texture with a richness and full tastes of coconut and chocolate.
