Every trip back to Italy is more than a vacation. It's an opportunity to reconnect with the traditions, ingredients, flavors, and people that continue to inspire everything we do at Pastaio.

From neighborhood bakeries and local markets to family recipes and regional specialties passed down through generations, every stop is a reminder that authentic Italian cuisine isn't something you simply recreate. It's something you live, experience, and bring home.

To everyone who followed along, liked the photos, left comments, and sent messages while we were away, thank you. It meant so much to share a small part of our journey with you.

Bosa.. Sardegna!! Part 1

Our last day before heading home, so we decided to visit the charming little town of Bosa along the coastline. It came highly recommended… and it absolutely did not disappoint!
There is so much more to share from this amazing adventure, but I’ll save the rest until I get back home.
I’ve missed you all and can’t wait to see everyone again soon!
