Phat Cookie My name is Beth Leland mom of 7 kids, and Nona to 2 grandsons. I have worn many hats in my 57 years, BUT creating is and has always been my passion.

I owned a bakery in Massachusetts. Baking has always been a fun hobby. I am having sooo much fun!
