We're trying out a new flatbread combination, PP& J (pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeno, marinara and mozzarella on a soft oval flatbread base).

The Raspberry Mule is our featured drink.

And for dessert we have a mixed berry pie with a crumble top, served a la mode.

This week at The Drift we're featuring a toasted Italian sandwich, and apple pie a la mode. Also, in honor of Pepper Harrow Farm's annual lavender festival that's happening this week, we'll be offering a cocktail called Lavender Bee's Knees. It's made with both lavender and honey sage syrups. We'll also have a lavender sangria, while it lasts!

A Peach Mule is the featured cocktail.

This week we will be featuring a Cuban Sandwich for our dinner special: Smoked, pulled pork, ham, Swiss, pickles and mustard. Served with your choice of side.

Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. we'll be hosting "Quilt Trivia" in conjunction with the Iowa Quilt Festival that is happening June 3 -6. This is a public event so everyone is welcome to participate (or just observe if quilting isn't your thing).

As a tribute to all the quilters who will be visiting during the festival, we're putting our "Grandma's Quilt" cocktail back on the menu through the weekend.

And finally, if you missed the Dubai-style Chocolate Mousse Cake last week you have another chance to try it this week!

All three of our features this week are debut items that have never been on our menu before!

The Drift's dinner special is an Italian Sausage, Ricotta & Hot Honey Flatbread built on our soft oval crust.

Our feature drink is the Old Cuban Cocktail, made with dark rum, simple syrup, lime, bitters, fresh mint and champagne.

For dessert we will feature Dubai Style Chocolate Mousse Cake - a rich chocolate cake with smooth chocolate mousse, kataifi (shredded phyllo dough) filling, chocolate drizzle and white chocolate curls.

We hope you can make it before these specials are gone!

This week at The Drift we are offering these specials -

Red, White & Blue Salad - Chicken breast on a bed of Romaine, topped with strawberries, blueberries, onion, sliced almonds, and bacon and goat cheese. Served with Mediterranean vinaigrette (or pick another dressing from our lineup).

Old Glory Cocktail (This recipe is from the book, John Wayne: The Official Cocktail Book) - Bourbon, hard cider (from Madison County's own Winterset Cidery), and Angostura bitters.

And for dessert we have Tiramisu!
